Management Major (BBA)

The Bachelor of Business Administration in Management (BBA Management) focuses on equipping students with the fundamental knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to lead in today’s business world. Organizations need leaders who can critically analyze information, solve problems, make wise decisions, manage change and conflict, inspire and motivate others, and navigate complex issues. In addition, a BBA in Management provides students with a solid foundation in the fundamental business aspects of accounting, finance, marketing, quantitative analysis, and information management.

The purpose of the major in Management is to equip students with an exceptional, Christ-centered education in management so that they can become ethical leaders and managers in the global economy. We help students translate theory into practice with a focus on serving the needs of others. Our approach seeks to integrate the latest research with the timeless truths of Scripture to help students navigate the business world from a Christian perspective.
