The Ed.D. in Educational Leadership K-12 program was established to provide a practitioner's degree that would contribute to education research. Our students are in leadership positions all over north Texas–and beyond–in our traditional public schools, public charter schools, and private schools. While their training is to provide skills in servant leadership and make an impact on students in their schools, another goal is to generate research to identify what truly works in our schools.
